The employer creates optimal working conditions for its employees. Their mutual relationships are controlled by the internal standards, the most important of them are:
- Work order - detailed description of the duties of employees.
- Ethical code - psychological treaty between the employer and employee.
- Corporate collective agreement - governs the individual and collective relationships between the employer and employees and their mutual rights and obligations in the labor-law relationships.
- Social code - binding regulation of measures and advantages, which employer provides to their employees above the legal obligations.
- Legislation regarding the Quality System and EMS - governs the system of the preparation and motivation of the employees, so that the requirements of all recent and future development projects are met and the undesirable fluctuation of key employees is eliminated.
